Effort looks like participating with life. As an alcoholic I believe we have a part of us that wants to express and have fun but shame keeps us a child wanting to be an adult that can play 😂😢🙏🏼❤️🙌🤯🤔🫠

Do you not think that's a derogatory term now ? The term doesn't even exist in the DSM manual...Its a label that puts the fault on you instead of the addictive substance/poison that you consume..

@@baldersn4474 I might have been addicted to the substances/ poison, but what's underneath the poison? Why do I keep hitting the same block or another addiction? I've been repressing. What have I been repressing. Anger. Try holding anger back and see what happens to your body 😂
