Thank you for your prospective and I agree but I'm looking for how to deal with pushy and train our way out of it? When we are working he gives me his full attention and tries very hard. The rest of the time he is walking over me, spoking, and refuses to stand. Its like having 2 different horses! Not sure how to address this without getting to rough.

I’m sure what you saying is insightful but it doesn’t work for video maybe a podcast, in video always remember it’s about SHOW AND TELL, always accompany what is being said with an example B-roll, try it

So much being said but where is the point related to the title? Very vague. Even maybe you are trying to sell something here that’s not much of an advertisement either, just blah blah Sorry for the negative, I think you can do better then this.
