Chrystina was really interesting to me. She naturally had such a great voice without editing. But they kept showing her messing up sections and words in rehearsals. But in most of the “performances” in the end of each episode, they obviously had her re-record her vocals in a booth to be edited into the performance. Which means they wanted her to sound better to viewers ?? Even the judge reactions to a lot of her vocals didn’t match what we heard. It’s so .. weird to me 🧐

they did this with Natalie to, her aired vocals never matched the judges reactions & comments. When i was younger i was always confused by it but now i realized they did post-production & had them rerecord the vocals in the studio & overlayed them on the episodes as they were airing

Robin already knew who she wanted in the group. The group was about who Robin can use regarding their sex appeal. So, even though Natalie was extremely tone deaf and really, she couldn't sing. She wasn't terrible, but she isn't a true vocalist. Robin knew she wanted her from the start. End of story, sexsells.

I think that exact same thought every time Chrystina says that. Charlye has never been in the bottom two and to be honest you can see she just lost enthusiasm for the group after awhile which was the reason that she didn't get in anyway. Chrystina was inconsistent from week to week.

Also when the judges were giving their comments to Chrystina, Tiffanie and Charlye were like wtf, why are you giving her good comments especially when she was messing up in rehearsal. In my opinion the judges must see something in her that's why she's (Chrystina) there. So girls (Charlye + Tiffanie) get over yourselves. Most of the time Nicole, Tiffanie and Charlye are so damn cocky in my opinion.

It's not that difficult just to wait, especially at that point with only 6 girls. It's not like it was the beginning where there were 12 girls all probably fighting for the phone. She could wait. She was rude just because it was Chrystina. If it was Tiffanie or Nichole (or maybe Carrie too), she would not have acted like that.

In competitions like this, they take away all outside communication. They don't even have a TV in the house. This forces the the contestants to interact with each other and when your only interaction is with people you're competing against, it can make you crazy. Crazy causes conflict and drama, and conflict and drama brings views and ratings

They werent performing weekly but almost every few days. So the fast pace of the competition. That’s funny because Chrystina was the strongest overall singer/dancer/performer in the group. If you watch their live performances from when they first came out you’ll see that Chrystina also worked with Robin Antin when the group broke up and no one else from the group did.
