Scented oils, waxed melts, scented candles and fragrance sticks can be bad for your health too. They do not check upon them very well.. There's also scientific evidence lighting many paraffin wax candles frequently in a unventilated room, are bad for your health. Buy the ones with real wax (such as organic 100% soy and coconut wax) and natural scents. Beeswax is also natural, but to obtain beeswax is considered cruel. It is a secondary food source for bees and is vital for the survival of the colony, and many bees are killed during the proces. And we should do EVERYTHING we can to save the bees. Without bees, pollination doesn’t occur and plants do not grow. A third of our food is pollination dependent.

Thanks to the comments. I was watching the video and imediatly got worried. Didn't knew much, but for sure it worried me about burning softner, even in wax. Doesn't sound safe at sll, even my gut feeling was telling me this much. Makes more sense to add softner to your deterget when claneing the hpise, so it smells nice, but def not in candels. Altho, there's also Lenor, a company who makes softners and they made a product with wax pills that you can add both to washing machine, and also to melt them on the wax melting ceramic, to defuse beautiful smell in the room. But that is actually safe because that product is specifically made for it.

Burning fabric softener is extremely dangerous and should never be done due to the potential for harmful and even life-threatening consequences: Flammable nature: Fabric softeners contain chemicals that make them highly flammable, meaning they can easily catch fire and burn rapidly. Toxic fumes: Burning fabric softener releases toxic and irritating fumes, which can cause respiratory issues, eye irritation, and even poisoning if inhaled. Increased fire risk: The chemicals in fabric softener can increase the flammability of materials they come into contact with, like clothing, making fires spread more quickly and intensely. Chemical reactions: The combustion process can create harmful chemical reactions, producing potentially hazardous byproducts.
