I've been burned by a woman with BPD. She's the only woman who's really done this to me. I think that women who are really insecure like that feel that they need their mate to be really secure and tough because they are insecure about themselves, so they continually test you. This is rude and irritating when it's done on a continuing basis. You get rubbed raw from it after awhile. They are critical of their mate because they are internally critical of themselves. They dish out criticism, but can't take even a hint of criticism - even if it wasn't intended. They can't even accept their own self-criticism and try to throw it on other people to deflect the hurt away from themselves and onto other people (this is called projection). They project a narcissistic attitude to cover up for their feelings of inadequacy. I've dated quite a bit, and honestly, most women haven't done this to me It was only the BPD woman who did. I realize now that this is her problem and not mine. I feel bad for her, but have gotten over the way she treated me. I'm ready for a healthy relationship with an emotionally stable woman now. I was raised to be a gentleman. I don't do psych tests on other people - that's not cool. Generally women who *do* like men to lead, are generally the more feminine ones (in terms of hormones). The more masculine they become, the more dominant they usually become too, and the more they will argue that they really need an 'equal' relationship. I'd advice any man to look at the correlation between femininity and submissiveness, and that the more feminine a woman is, the less likely she will *want* to dominate anything when it comes down to it. Did you know that estrogen stunts growth in height? it closes the plates in your bones, so in general shorter women *are* more feminine in terms of hormones (or at least were in their puberty and thus development). Lower voiced, tall women are usually less submissive or need more dominance to overpower them (if you're into that), but I can not really say that easily which more masculine woman actually likes an ultra masculine man to dominante her and which one actually likes a more equal relationship with (usually) a less masculine man. Usually yin likes yang and yang likes ying, so the more you are opposites of eachother in most departments, the better it will work. The only thing that generally somewhat has to be more towarsd equal is how intelligent you are. Less intelligent women will not understand a really intelligent guy's opinions and thus can not respect it that easily. However, still it's always better to be the more intelligent one out of the 2, but if the gap is too big she will not understand you. Also smarter women have different type of characteristics they prefer in men I've noticed. Dumber chicks will simply value physical strength the most and agressiveness, and the more intelligent ones prefer a more mental sort of dominance thing

+Necrosis Pain What I meant, as I'm not greatest with words and frigged up on my point, was the idea that who a Man is as a person don't mean a dam thing for the initial reason that most women happens to be with a Man for. Being that it's all about what a Man has to offer women, and whether or not it's what a woman is looking for, or if not better, at least it will be what will better her life in some way that's greater than what she was looking for, but either of the two will make a Man worthy as long as it's great enough to sell a Man for. Though women view it all as only on a temporary basis, as they know they can easily find a temporary replacement that same day if they want to. Though as I said, it has little if any to do with who a Man is as a person. It's all about the means to something and how good it is. Not that you can be a jerk and easily pass the test, but if you've got enough to offer, some women will even settle for a jerk; if his bucks are high enough. But again there is no guarantee to how long she will be around for. As also a Man should know, that women know, that there is always an easy temporary catch up the street if she has to wait to find a better means to something that is truly a worthy catch, or at least better than she has and is getting rid of. Though a lot of women go and find the replacement, before the initial dump. People can think what they want about what I'm saying, but if I was so off about the matter, MGTOW would not exist, nor would it be growing as much as it is. Yes a Man should just be his self, and can be his self like you said. But an example about a Man being himself and what the truth can carry: women say and tell Men "oh I don't mind if a Man cries." Well that is Bull Shit! If a Man cries, woman think totally different about him, than a Man who stands strong and does NOT shed a tear. Of course this can fluctuate too. Example: If a Man has big bucks and she wants the cake, she will put up with him crying daily like a baby. Like a Man who has nothing or little, if he sheds one dam tear, she will rate him like baby wuss of the year. This is just the screwed up system we now live in, just wait when it gets down dirty and evil, boy those days are going to be a real bummer and a real doozy! I just hope I'm not here when they do. I’ve started to understand how to put girls in their place when it comes to rude behaviour. Also when they’re trying to change plans or dominate an interaction. You also have to be able to keep calm on the inside and understand that their behaviour isn’t your problem. Don’t get emotional and try solve the issue. I used to try understand her and compromise. One thing i get confused with is how to correct girls who give you a lot of attention and then pull back and give you one word answers. I know they’re trying to get me to chase. Do you call this out at some point? I just match their energy but If you carry on letting them do this they’ll think its ok. If you say something you can look needy.

I met my husband when I was 14 (he was 17). He was my older brothers bestfriend (they are still close to this day). We went to each others proms, graduations, etc..had fun, got married and have a child together. 17 years later, my husband still has me spoiled. But I HAVE AND STILL DO FEEL THE SAFEST WITH HIM. My husband is my soldier, protector, he saves me, he's my everything......BUT, I wish he would tell me NO and take charge of ME.
