At the time, I couldn’t fully express myself other than..you broke trust and we can’t be friends. She took 100% accountability but I don’t think she fully understands how bad it was for me especially when trust and transparency were at the foundation of our relationship. I’m fully ready now to stand up for myself and my own feelings, I’m not afraid to rock the boat or walk away anymore. I’m certain she’s never been confronted by a man like this. Knowing her, it’s always the guy who fucks up royally. This should be interesting to say the least.
@dtd19863 жыл бұрын
It gets trickier when the topics of the disagreements are potential dealbreakers, such as moving in together, getting married and/or having kids, and you have to stand up for yourself in a way that is opposite to what she wants. A man must stand up for what he wants out of life, even if that means losing someone he loves. Sometimes there can be no compromise and the relationship can't continue. If she desperately wants kids with him but he's not sure if he wants that kind of life it's better for the relationship to end rather than one partner or the other compromise on this important point. It's not something a guy can do because he wants her to be happy, or because he doesn't want to upset her. Having kids is a decision he needs to completely own, not capitulate on to keep her happy. It's easy to stand up for yourself on the small things, but much more challenging when it comes to the big things and you really love the girl.

I then texted her I don´t tolerate that kind of behavior and I don´t want to see her for a week until her behavior changes, but I´m willing to reconcile if she wants to talk to me, but I´m also willing to walk away for good because I don´t want drama. Then she dumped me immediately after that and she sent me a message that she never wants to talk to me ever again and blocked me everywhere. The breakup still hurts although on a logical level I knew the relationship became toxic and I was likely dating a woman with NPD traits. Been two months now and I´m still blocked and she hasn´t reached out. I don´t think she ever will. Looking back I think I did the right thing though by standing up for myself. Trying to move on now. If she truly loved me she wouldn´t have blocked me and she would have tried to make the relationship work.

4:45 The more beautiful the woman is, the less she’s been told “no.” Life is hard enough, why would you put up a chick who creates drama to get her way? When you tolerate this, you invite more of it unfortunately. 5:45 Women’s relationship with their fathers - it’s important to find a woman who has a good healthy relationship with their fathers. A lot of guys think just ‘cuz she’s close to her father, but they ignore what it’s actually like - they ignore the fact that it’s unhealthy. *The father spoiled her and he lets her walk all over him and manipulate him. So that’s what she’s used to, and that’s what she expects. So she’s goes out into society and runs into and tends to seek out the same kind of Beta males that she can just totally dominate. And then she doesn’t respect them, loses attraction, and eventually things don’t work out. Just because she has a good relationship with her father doesn’t mean she has a healthy relationship with her father. And that’s a BIG difference. Having a father that’s just compliant and has basically created a little tyrant in his daughter is not healthy - that’s dysfunctional and that’s messed up. 6:58 She was used to getting what she wanted, when she wanted it from all the men in her life, and when she didn’t, she would cause problems (sounds like I woman I recently dated!). Especially with a woman like this, you’ve got to set and enforce healthy boundaries. And maybe even then it may not be enough. 7:35 She’s really looking for a man to be a man with her, and to tell her no and put her in her place, and not tolerate it. 8:40 The greatest give you can give anybody is the gift of your time. And when somebody is not valuing it, you give them the gift of missing you. Because they haven’t earned more of your time. The quickest way to get somebody else’s attention is to remove yours. Why would you want to spend time with somebody who behaves this way? 9:20 Daddy’s always caved, every boyfriend she’s ever had caved eventually. All she had to do was *win through intimidation* (female soft power war/manipulation). 9:40 The strongest negotiating position is being able to walk and mean it 12:30 “A way to a man’s heart is through his stomach.” 13:24 She didn’t like living in that world, the world that she created, by her constant violation of the “drama free zone” rule. She had never experienced a man who had boundaries. That’s the difference - you set healthy boundaries and you actually enforce them. On TV, you always see the guy always caving and complying because he doesn’t want the woman to get upset and to get cutoff access to the “box.”

My ex has a very good relationship with her father but I knew it was an unhealthy one because her dad is weak as fuck and would always spoil her and give her whatever she wanted. She would have a slight headache and he would drop whatever he’s doing at work just to get her pizza. He would go to her place, make her coffee early in the morning.. even prepare a bath for her. She disrespected me a lot and always got upset when I couldn’t drop what I was doing to text her and this led to our breakup.. I literally told her she’s the way she is because of her dad( wrong move) but ya, she blocked me. This girl is very feminine at her core but never had a strong male figure to put her in her place so that explains her disrespect towards men. She once told me that she would only want a man who drives her around and does whatever the fuck she wants like her weak ass dad. This girl is miserable as hell because she only attracts weak men but is more comfortable with them because she was raised by a weak man Her dad constantly told her to work very hard so she doesn’t have to depend on men ..she’s very much in her masculine but would be so feminine whenever I’d hug her.

The problem is I dont take a month, but sometimes 12 or more to reconnect (or maybe more) lol. I dont handle well any disrespect or b.s. and also I dont give any ultimatums, but simply walk away.

How do you set boundaries while also maintaining emotional control and not being reactive to her behavior? Not sure I understand how to walk that line.

No wonder why I've been losing friends, because my goals don't align with theirs

My question is...how do you create that balance? How much do you let her get away with before you call her out... Should you immediately on the very first incident? That's my guess but what about in front of her friends and family? This literally happened to me yesterday. She snapped at me for just saying something a bit obvious but normal about every day stuff in mid conversation in front of her friends and family. She's coming over in two days. Do I still have time to speak up on it 😂? Should I be playful about it or firm?

Great video, coach! "The strongest negotiating position is to be able to walk away and mean it." How do you guys find out if she actually has a healthy relationship with her dad? What kind of questions do you ask?

Generalization, tho. E.G If the woman is a narcissist, standing up to her will only cause her to begin the discard phase because suddenly they've realised you're not going to be easy to control. Narcissists hate strong men, they deliberately seek out empaths who will tolerate their shit. If up suddenly show your own self-worth, they begin looking for their new supply and ultimately discard you like you seemingly never mattered (in truth, you never did) Just avoid women all together, they're not worth it.

The Best Advice: Watch ' Two and a Half Men' and study Charlie's behaviour. This is exactly how you should act with woman. Don't be Alan

Your right, seriously tho, I never seen that show and one night it was on a marathon and I picked up how alpha Charlie is on there and beta Alan is.

@@Residualsforever I just went through my first rl, being the beta for two years, which I broke off cause I knew it fucked up too much to recover. Cause I was brought up with the mentality make the woman happy and all will be good, but honestly through this experience I realise how malleable woman are, it is men who need to stand firm. You’re the leader, they will follow.
@Residualsforever3 жыл бұрын
@@junsum4515 I know what you mean. I was raised by my mom and grandma and it was like that. Seemed like men were suppose to make women happy and do things for women and be really nice to them. It’s taken me years to change the old thinking and become more of a leader with women.

9:30 you know this very well man. This girl makes a whim at her father, and he caves all the time. She used the wifi to call her father, so he can put money into HER phone. Come on, she is 36 years old and can’t handle her phone? Is that a red flag? I believe it is.

Funny, this video sounds like the situation with my ex. Hottest girl I dated, my "unicorn" as Coach calls it. Coincidentally I won her over using Coachs book. Wound up breaking up with her because of her bitchy disrespect. Threw tantrums etc etc. I dont tolerate that shit and I told her that. No matter how hot or amazing a woman is. Her exs were alot like this girls exs too.

By the way I am the one who walked away from her and I know she started seeing someone else right away and from what I understand that turns into a toxic relationship. I did text her to wish her a happy Thanksgiving a Merry Christmas before I found out she was seeing someone however that being said I did get a nice same reply to myself and my family and I did tell her that I know I treated her right and I just want to be friends. I figured let me put her in the friend zone and leave it at that

Standing up to a woman doesn't create attraction. If she wasn't already attracted to you, standing up to her, standing your ground, setting a boundary, maintaining your masculine frame, or however you want to put it, won't make her attracted to you but will instead make her lose interest. While not necessarily "standing up to her", let me give this example. If you're a 6'2" rich Chad, you can get away with things like setting boundaries that affect her behavior, telling her what to do, you can flirt with and even date other women, hell, you can even slap her or smack her around, and she'll go along with it because she's attracted to you and doesn't want to lose you. If she was already attracted those things might actually make her more attracted. But picture being Howard Wolowitz or any similar dorky nerd. You try doing those things and it won't make her attracted to you. She wasn't even attracted in the first place and was probably just using you for some free dinners and whatever gifts she can get out of you. If you start giving her trouble or placing demands on her she'll just move on to the next ten guys she has lined up. So no, standing up to her isn't what creates attraction.
