I think I've been watching this AMV for about ten years. I thought of it again today and it continues to be one of the best AMVs I've ever seen; the music and cuts work so well together. It encapsulates the high energy and spirit of my all time favorite series.

Watching this over again, the best moment is actually a few seconds before that, where the riders are charging parallel to each other... You can actually see the horses headbutting each other in anger. I so wanna watch this anime now. XD

This was incredible dope!!! Pretty much agree with everything Mouse1497 said. As a fan of the series this brought back some found memories. And love that you ended it with Takeda and Yukimaru having one of their "bettering the crap out of each other out of respect/love" moments. Though I am kinda surprised you didn't somehow work in the dancing samurai troops. But whatever this is an AWESOME action vid.

Yeeep. This is the final final version. I fixed all my masks in AE, tweaked certain things that were bugging me, and did a last go-around of polish. One of the scenes in the first minute is different, and I think I changed the finale-overlay-psycho segment a little bit.

In all seriousness, this AMV should have won first place. It has more spirit, energy, and power than the DRR video that won. Better editing and song choice too (The latter ESPECIALLY). Still love the exploding house. Masterful scene selection and only upon attempting to make an AMV myself do I realize how hard that is to do.
