Putco Bus smoking badly

Smoky bus in Auckland Park Johannesburg. The company, Putco should look at the maintenance issue.

When that happened on a truck where I worked, I think that it was the air intake filter. Whatever is was, it was an easy fix.

Sounds to me like the turbocharger might be faulty, though hard to tell since I'm not familiar with this type of bus.
