I have a 1996 pro 16 that I haven’t used in 4 years. Needs throttle cables and leaks a little. Would give you a hell of a deal. Im out of Dubuque.

I’ve restored 3 Bass Trackers and one Alumacraft. I can really appreciate what your doing . It’s a lot of work but worth it. I put aluminum sheets in for the sub floor lighter and won’t ever rot.

When you say sub floor, are you talking about the main deck? Looking at options as well. Have all carpet off

How the hell do I remove the back deck as I need to tighten the seat post plate and replace the aerator on the live well, removed all the outside screws but the post plate is still attached somehow, thanks

The rear deck in my boat is not removable it is foam filled structural all riveted together. So i am not much help

Hello, I have a 1992 Pro 17 Bass tracker also. I replaced all the marine treated plywood with 3/4 inch. Yes it makes the boat a little more heavy but I weigh 200lbs and the old front deck had a bow in it. Since I replaced the plywood with 3/4 inch 10 years ago. I have no problem with the front deck having that bow. Another thing I did was replaced as many bad rivets in the back as I could. There were lots of broken or loose rivets. And great video work. Reminded me of all the work that I had to do on my Pro 17.

I had an idea on how to get the water out of the rear foam. If it is pourus at all you could get a tank of argon and run it through it. Making sure it had a high vent. I would shove the inlet hose as far down from the top as possible. I'm a welder and argon will dry most anything up. If this works let me know. I'm getting ready to restore a similar tracker. Thanks

So far it has stayed dry inside so not an issue but if i ever get a slow leak i might have to try that

I had a tracker pro 17, I took the 40 hp engine and replaced it with a used 75 hp motor, it almost doubled my travel time withe same amount of fuel, plus the boat went on plan super easy.less water spray into boat at high speed.

I have the exact same boat same motor everything thing. I just bought it for 600 I wish there is a way I could talk to u on a personal level on how u re wired yours I noticed I have a bad fuse block but I’ve replaced everything thing u have up to this point. We’re did u get ur fuse block from I’m following ever step lol to do mine as well. I love to send pics of mine to you!!

Or use Aluminium diamond plate 1/8 thick for your floor, never rot.

I’m in Waterloo. I just started coyote hunting a couple years ago. Embarrassing as it is, I still have yet to take one, I only have public ground to hunt. Their out there, but if you don’t play it all right, they skunk ya. LOL

Man i called for 10 years before i got one... mostly michigan so werent many coyotes there but once i moved here started stacking them up. Once you break the ice and figure them out you will open the flood gates

Bad mistake do not put wood back in your boat, use PVC panels it won't rot, it will out live the life of boat.
