Ukraine is the worlds 11th biggest arms exporter... they don't have a shortage of weapons. In fact 30% of their arms exports were going to Russia, including 50% of Russia's air to air missiles, guidance for RS20B ICBMs, engines for attack choppers, jet fighters, naval vessels. Maybe they should reconsider that trade, considering how many of those weapons have been used to cause death and destruction in their own country.

The total length of President Zelenskyy‘s speech was about 15 minutes. Unfortunately, that was too long for multiple members of Congress who were caught on video ignoring this urgent speech by a true leader. Just like that guy on the front row who had to be reminded that it was time to pretend he cared, any others caught should be forced to carry the shame of their disrespect forever.

As Kenyans, we recognize that US involvement in wars around the world, including Libya, was barbaric and uncivilized. We also appreciate Russia's role in supporting many African countries to gain independence. However, Russia cannot use the US and EU wrongdoings around the world to justify their invasion of Ukraine. If Russia truly believed that African countries needed to be independent, then it must also recognize Ukraine's long years of independence and respect its sovereignty. The laugh track is gone, the "laugh now" sign is gone, the ridiculous lazy writing sticks out more than ever. However, I am referenceing the comedic writing and ...acting(? I guess?)... The news segments are very well put together. The writing crew just needs to get a handle on the difference between 'it is funny' and 'we think its funny because its 3am and we need to finish this script so we'll crow bar this in because the rules say we need a punchline here to hit the word count'.

So, after Ukraine it will go after the other Balkan states. Some wonder if he's going to try and grab Germany or half of it. The middle east, south America and Africa have had conflicts going on in those zones for ever. Its kind of dull our responses to care about those places. However, Europe has been relatively peaceful. There last big conflict they had was WW2. So, you can see why people thing WW3 might occur. Then there is the economic factor. Why were all Syrian refugees trying to get into "racist" Europe? There is enough Arabic countries closer. Why all their neighbors except Turkey and Lebanon, refused to take refugees? It is elementary, that the closest countries, and countries that already have established ethnic communities, would take refugees freely. Europeans, especially east Europe, would take Ukrainians. Syrians should have been dealt with by Middle-east countries.
