Doesn’t anyone find it strange that the most sophisticated intelligence agency in the world didn’t notice 100s of militants and 1000s of rockets being put in place just over the fence. This is either the biggest failure in military intelligence or it was allowed intentionally. Which is worse

Putin's actually 100% correct in this case. CNN needs to show the full speech (which isn't even long at all) instead of cherry picking statements outbof context to fit their narrative.

I thought he wasn't going to answer the very first question but then at the end says that he can't explain Putin's behavior. No, he doesn't want to explain Putin's behavior which require analyzing his justification which we don't want to on television.
