He clearly understands the solution to this problem which is not the annihilation of the innocent people who want nothing but to live their lives in peace. If only we had more people, who can think beyond what their being told, operating in official capacities that can make just decisions to avoid these types of conflicts. Someone who could, without persuasion, focus on what initiates these conflicts and keep those powers at bay. Just imagine how many innocent lives would be saved. In the months prior to British leaving Arabs blockade Jerusalem and many other communities Jews lived. The haganah the main Jewish political leadership responded by freeing the people which they did through also unifying with the extremist Jews since all Jews were under threat. That’s where some of the extremist Jews committed a massacre in Deir Yassin which lead to thousands of Palestinians fleeing as a result. Understand Jews and Arab civilians were being killed by both sides. Arab nations sent their armies into the land overwhelming some Jewish communities but fact is despite Arabs outnumbering in numbers and weapons a number of small Jewish communities were able to hold off the Arab armies. Through a series a ceasefires Israel gained strength. Finally, someone from IDF giving an articulate reason to eliminate Hamas. Israel may have strategically selected this soldier with a compelling personality to evoke public opinion towards their cause, but he's not wrong though. Violent extremism must stop, whatever ideology may that be. I pray to all Palestinian civilians evacuating that they may travel safe and unharmed. May lasting peace come soon to Palestine and Israel.

No... 95% of this land is owned by 4 million Israeli settlers from all over the world, including Americans and Europeans... And only 3% of this land (Gaza) was given to the Palestinians who are the owners of the land... 2 million Palestinians in Gaza alone Crowded... and 1% ahead of the rest of the Palestinians in western Palestine.
