Most of these have been on display anyway at kubinka and I think the victory day parades were far more menacing with men and machines than a line up of captured fighting vehicles that most of which are being phased out in the west. Russia could not capture Kyiv and is well past their 3-day "special military operation and still not controlling all of Donesk or Luhansk. These vehicles were paid decades ago. At least they got used for a good cause rather than rotting in storage. The taxes we are paying now are mostly spent on modernizing our own stocks while giving away the old stuff. Which will come in handy in the case of. Besides boosting our job market and industries.
