Tim Willasey-Wilsey could be right about who needs a ceasefire more but how well placed is he to make bold judgements. I am not military or an expert in any way but there are obvious things related to human nature. Ukrainians are defending their future. That means a very high bar in terms resilience. None of us are privy to what is really going on in Russia but the people are getting restless as are the Oligarchs. We have heard confident predicutions about Russia's imminant success from these experts for 3 years. Where are the results? Ukraine confounds them every time. Let's wait and see.
