Many politicians, celebrities etc use look-alikes and also Russia has been caught faking videos of him visiting people or being in meetings where u see things like his hand go right through a microphone or a strange digital mess around his neck etc... So I think Olga is saying this. When you see enough fake videos coming out of the same regime, you tend to understand that amazing things can be heard and seen in video that are not as they seem. We all saw "Tom Cruise" do magic tricks he never did in video. The creator of the video and tom cruise both stated it is not him. The creator was showing just how far technology has come. So sadly, when its video, you do need to question your eyes and ears in 2023. It really sucks, but we need to educate ourselves more, and think very critically AND then question ourselves if we have confirmation bias or are failing ourselves in other ways... and not just believe what seems obvious at first. Personally I dont think it matters if he was there or it was a stunt double. What does matter is someone had BIG HUGE GIANT balls of defiance and bravery in this moment. ICC claims Putin kidnapped Ukrainan children and deported to Russia. Since when is it a war crime to rescue children who were living in basements for 8+ years because of Ukrainian government bombardment of their homes and bring them to Russia. Some were suffering from PTSD and some were maimed by the constant Azov shelling, snipper attacks and terrorizing for the past 8+ years. I watched the whole video of Putin's visit to Mariupol and was amazed at the progress made. Besides residential buildings, Mariupol's infrastructure was restored... theatre, roads, bridges, energy sources, etc. It looked like a new modern city... all in 8 months. Imagine what the rest of the Donbass would look like after they run Ukrainian forces out of the Donbass. All the Ukrainian government did to the Donbass was to make sure the people were poor and subjugated by the oligarch US and multinational corporations. Under Russia, Donbass and Novorosiya will see peace and prosperity. Mariupol is an example of that.
