Yes, and half as murderous also? Why not half as lying? I remember you, it was during the governement of Vlad Putin, that Russia signed the Ukrainian-Russian border treaty (2003), that stipulated also that Crimea belongs to Ukraine. You can find a copy of it on the site of the UN, and it encloses clear ground marks. Written in Russian & Ukrainian, so he has no excuse for not understanding it, except amnesia. Maybe he's got Alzheimer? So, you should open your heart to all Alzheimer patients. My conclusions: he was a small, and gready KGB-officer that became a even smaller and more gready president, and he will end like an small and very gready Nicholas II. Hopefully.
