Great interview at the end on human rights violations in the occupied territories. I am a 76 year old American living in Kherson throughout the war including the initial battle for the city, military occupation, liberation, the flood and the daily bombardment of the city since liberation. After listening to the interview and reading the relevant sections of the report I can confirm that my personal experience confirms the findings and more. But even during the occupation there was targetted bombardment of civilian homes, stores, schools, etc. some right in my apartment complex where apartments took direct hits. I will be forwarding the report and your interview to my congressman, Chris Smith of the 4th District in New Jersey with my comments. He is very active in the House of Representatives on human rights protections. Of particular note is that although he is a Republican, he has a 100% perfect record on support for Ukraine. This UN report may be the thing that moves the House and Speaker Johnson to finally approve the stalled aid for Ukraine. Great reporting as always. Keep up the good work.

The FSB doesn't seem overly concerned with the wellbeing of the detained suspected shooters. Then why blur out their faces on the bodycam footage? Has anyone been able to positively identify the shooters? Or is the reason their identity is hidden because they are not the same as the detained men? Am I the only one who cares?

Not to mention that isis terrorists always die in an attack and don’t run away. This whole attack stinks of FSB letting the attack run its course. Different reports so either Three or four were in in the terrorists car.. However six have been captured and beaten up so far. Someone suggested one or more had been Moscow taxi drivers. To me it seems they are trying to divert from why it took an hour and a half for security to walk from one end of the street to the other. Doors locked. No on hand concert security etc. By quickly arresting whoever as soon as possible. If they beat them enough they will confess to anything and they willlook strong and efficient. The whole episode with the Russian response reminds me that this is typical of tyrannical regimes. There’s a scene from a movie about the Magna Carta where King John tells a story of how he once stole his father’s prized honeyed peaches and that an innocent was accused of the theft and a servant had 2 fingers amputated as punishment. When John confessed to his father, the King, that it was he that had committed the crime the King responded that he knew his son was guilty all along, and it was why he only had the servant’s two fingers removed instead of her hand. He could not very well punish his own son, the Prince for theft, but he could not let no one go unpunished for this crime. He then said, this is the only way to maintain the absolute power of a king. IOW, it doesn’t matter who stole the King’s property, only that it was seen that the King retains his absolute authority and any show of defiance has to be punished quickly and brutally. Justice or facts are of no consequence. Only power and the veneer of absolute power over everyone matters. I get the idea that the men captured by the FSB for the Moscow attack are the sacrificial lambs being punished to maintain the absolute power of Putin.

There is a police station inside the same mall as Crokus City concert hall. Those cops were hiding during the attack. A K9 officer inside the concert hall ran away. Police should have responded in 5-10 minutes. They showed up 1 hour after the attack began and didn’t enter for another 30 minutes giving the terrorists time to kill many more people and get away cleanly. The terrorists left in same car they arrived in and then drove 500 km where they were captured less than 24 hours later. I don’t believe the men arrested are the same as the attackers. These men are dupes set up as fall guys. Clearly the Russian government allowed this attack to take place. Emergency exits were locked and victims had to break out of facility. Fire suppression systems failed to work. Police stood by without responding. This attack has all the hallmarks of FSB fake operation. A fast apprehension of the attackers who are immediately tortured and then plead guilty. Well 3 pleaded guilty while the 4th detainee was in a coma when he was wheeled into court in a wheelchair. In less than 48 hours Russia arrests the terrorists and uses disinformation and lies to connect the attack to the US and Ukraine. This operation also clearly demonstrates to the Russian people what happens to anyone considered opposition who is arrested and imprisoned by the Russian government. They want the Russian people intimidated as they begin a massive mobilization accompanied by seizure of industries and oil companies and property and assets for the benefit of government insiders. Supposedly nationalizing industries will be to support the new larger war effort.

The air raid sirens in Kyiv went off a full fifteen seconds before the Zircons arrived. Depleted Ukrainian units with depleted air defenses steadily retreat deeper into a darker Ukraine while the Russian air forces operate with greater freedom and the Russians fill out new army formations. Arestovik is unhinged. I just went though his interview. Seems to have skipped the bit about Putin marched in with a column of tanks and a replacement for Zelenskyy ready briefed. Only they were pushed back out. However, is it possible to find a solution to the Ukraine issue without Russia? The answer is simple: it’s not," he pointed out. Peskov noted that "Ukraine has turned into a tool in the hands of the collective West that they seem to be going to use to wear Russia down, contain Russia and leave it behind in every sense of the word and if possible, finish it off." "They are talking about it almost openly; they are at ease about it. Ukraine and the Ukrainian people have turned into a tool and no one feels sorry about using them up," he added. According to Peskov, there are also other issues that need to be discussed. "Undoubtedly, it’s absurd and futile to discuss it all without us," the Kremlin spokesman stressed. However, Peskov has no doubt that the people of Russia and Ukraine will restore communication in the foreseeable future.

That’s quite an overstatement from channels I have seen, but it is fair to say this channel has consistently been fighting Ukraine’s information war.
