The Chechens cannot sustain the kind of offensive as the Wagners did. The Chechens had some initial successes at the start of the operation but then they took some losses and this affected the entire republic on a personal level Kadyrov included. They lost loved ones and it hurt but they have big hearts they are again making the sacrifice. Still they cannot replicate Wagners effectiveness. The Wagners are the true volunteers and the so called societal rejects, a lot of them have nothing to lose and this makes them one of the most dangerous fighting force in the world, they defeated the US and NATO backed forces in Bakhmut. Prigozhin is right , Shoigu is a bureaucrat disconnected from the realities of the battle field and now he tries to take cheap political shots at Wagner but Prigozhin is already ahead of him.

Wagner' biggest advantage is that they're autonomous on the battlefield. While the national military has to go through an order of rank, they do not, which in turn makes them move to solve issues faster. It also helps with no one being able to prosecute the Russian government because of it's independence. Very true ...The Russian military is top down heavy with little operational independence given to officers on the ground whereas Wagner the leaders on the ground and at the front lines are given leeway on how to conduct operations but as long they try to achieve their missions. As a person from India 🇮🇳, I am ashamed of myself 😞. We boast about how strong we were to attain freedom from the UK 🇬🇧, but at the same time we support Putins brutal invasion of Ukraine 🇺🇦 with irritating and immature comments like " I support Rossia sarr ". I think we should focus on basic things like food, clothing and shelter and eventually adhere to western values of freedom, democracy, liberalism, secularism and and rights. Russia forces without the Wagner are nothing, zero. Chechen only for show, nothing more. Chechen accomplish very little in UA. Prigozhin is right, Sergei Shoigu's has very poor combat and operational military skills and need to be replace. I would not sign any contract with Russia Ministry of Defense, soo long Sergei Shoigu's is Minister.
