Putin's Bloody Kharkiv Advance Stuns Zelensky; Russia Grabs 278 Sq Kms Ukraine Land In Just 7 Days

Ukrainian forces are struggling to hold back Russian forces in the border town of Vovchanks in Kharkiv region. Within 7 days of its incursion, Russia has reportedly captured over 12 villages in the area and grabbed 278 sq kms of Ukrainian land. On May 16, head of Kharkiv region said Russia had gained ground near Lyptsi border village. But while Ukrainian forces try to stabilise the frontlines, a top nato commander questioned Russia's ability to advance further. He said Russians may not be able to make breakthroughs due to a lack of forces. Watch for more details.

For once the nato general is probably on to something- the current Russian numbers for the offensive doesn't seem enough to take Kharkiv, or perhaps not even to reach it once the reinforcements from Ukraine arrive, however that only shows that the Russians must have another plan...

Russia doesnt require to take Kharkiv , if you had more than one single brain cell then you would realise they can advance to withing artillery range, just as they have previously done multiple times and completely destroy the city from distance if they so desire! Hence the reason for any western B.S. about Russian losses !
