I don't agree on this matter, although i support russia, as it should be an internal matter of the ummah and it also happen in moslem majority areas anyway. Putin should reconsider matters that would potentially threaten the unity of russia.

In this day and age, you are supporting polygamy, in the blanket of freedom? when ur in a country, respect the laws of that country that is founded upon majority opinions (democracy) and russia is founded upon the principles of eastern orthodox cristianity and it has every right to enforce it, having multiple wives is wrong, would you support a girl having multiple husband? in the name of freedom?

A fatwa is completely unnecessary and useless as the matter is already enshrined in the Holy Quran itself as well as the Sunnah of the Prophet P.B.U.H. Fatwas are determinations on matters of dispute or ambiguity. Multiple wives is undisputed in Islam.

The disadvantage if the husband does not have property And the advantages are more than the disadvantages. .
