The reality is - money is on the West. Most of those countries in BRICKS despise West but they like it's money, so they're playing both sides. Plus in BRICS there is no clear leader like in NATO, so countries can look after they own interests much more freely they USA's allies
@burnttoaster6313Ай бұрын
You can apply that to literally every other country. Russia, China, North Korea, and Iran are most definitely allies just based on the fact that they all have a common enemy. @@lazynpsychotic india uses 130 mm russian field gun but we converted them to 155 mm . Also that 105 mm gun has nothing to do with Britain. People here don't realize that a lot of Indians see the U.S in a positive light despite our various failings, and despite being close allies with Pakistan. I met quite a few indians and pakistanis. They became friends because their languages, Hindi and Ordo only very recently split. So at least the foreign exchange students I met were often very civil and kind. At the end of the day, if given a choice, most of India will always back the U.S over Russia because of their democratic leanings, our lucrative business deals with them, and also because China is trying to physically move their border despite having signed various agreements saying that India owns it. China is very interesting. They talk of neutrality and peace but every week they're either harrassing filipino fishermen that were in their own territorial waters, or terrifying Taiwan. I don't doubt China wants peace. But they want it done with subtlety, fear, and oppression. Everyone wants world peace. but the kind of peace envisioned by individuals vary widely.
