Russia has stated its unwillingness to participate in any follow-up to the June “Peace Summit,” which was attended by delegations from over 90 countries but notably excluded Russia. Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova dismissed the summit as a "fraud" without Russia’s presence, emphasising that the process has no connection to a genuine conflict settlement. Putin wanted nothing more than for Ukraine not to join NATO, to remain NEUTRAL and the Donbass region will be allowed to govern itself on Ukrainian territory after the new not Russian-friendly government which 2014 with the help of the USA was installed by a coup no longer supplied any money or other necessary resources to the Donbas Region. Instead, the Ukrainian “Azov Brigades” staged “rabbit shooting” among the Russian Population there. The Americans have broken all the promises they had made to the Russians in 1991 (NATO eastward expansion promised by J.Baker : “ ..not one inch to the east from current (1991) position.”. And now we the Europeans are forced to pay for their lies.

As an American, I say Putin ain't the bad guy because he did give Zelenskky a chance to keep the pre annexed oblast during the Istanbul Round negotiation which Zelenskky nearly signed, but no he listened to the UK PM and started a war with duck sitting Russians right at that peace. Russians did express willingness to end the incident by LEAVING Kyiv's surrounding areas during that negotiation. After that, how could Russians trust Zelenskky when he said leave Ukraine alone and he will negotiate. What a joke. He thinks he can order Russians to leave Ukraine and then say no to any negotiation requests. Yeah right Anyway since Zelenskky started the real war by refusing the peace proposal in Istanbul Round agreement, he has no right to still ask for the return of annexed regions after hundreds of thousands Russian deaths and hundreds of billion dollars invested in this war. Sorry, Putin is still a decent man because he's still willing to negotiate for peace based on the realties. Zelenskky still can't come to terms with realties unfortunately.

And, earlier, WW2 might have ended differently, had it not been for the Soviet Red Army fighting WITH US & EUROPE to stop the spread of Nazism for a time. Red Army assisted in liberating AUSCHWITZ Concentratuon Camp in Poland. The people in charge in U.S. are largely not old enough to remember how things ARE DURING WARTIME. Rationing, shortages, victory gardens, sharing & bartering. Especially gas for cars was rationed. Nothing like Korea, Vietnam, Syria, Iraq, Afghanastan, Yugoslavia (Serbia/Kosovo) or any of the hundred + "wars" since. But this time, with new deadly technology; our mainland is at risk. Not to mention the couple hundred military bases we have around the world, in NOW HOSTILE countries. Our military is 40% less in manpower than at the end of WW2. We need to stop DEMANDING and accept that we are no longer the GREATEST superpower. But rather only one of several. Stop sanctions, coups & threats; and set down diplomatically and aeek solutions to differences. Respect the soverneignty, culture, religious practices and right to self govern of ALL NATION STATES. STOP trying to impose " "Western values" on countries that do not agree with or want our practices. With luck, common sense and God's grace; we COULD make it out of this mess. Pray for peace.
