Putin Strikes Odesa After Kyiv Hits Crimea Oil Rigs, Snake Island l Black Sea Escalation Imminent?

Russia is strengthening defences on the Crimean peninsula after an alleged Ukrainian strike targeted oil drilling rigs in Black Sea. The governor of Moscow-controlled Crimea has said three people were injured and seven are missing in the attack on June 20.
It is the first reported strike against offshore energy infrastructure in Crimea since Russia invaded Ukraine on February 24.

The oil rigs are/were around 100 km to 115 km out in the sea it seems, The Mobile Land Based Harpoon defense systems (with 2 harpoon missile firing platforms each) that Denmark have shipped to Ukraine, have an upgraded satellite-inertial GPS/INS navigation system making them capable of not only hitting ships at sea, but also strike harbor and land targets such as shore defense sites, surface to air missile sites, exposed aircrafts, army headquarters, railways, bridges, port/industrial facilities and other non-moving targets, according to Boeing Defense, Space & Security. As for the range of the Harpoon missiles in question, then the range of them would have made it easy for them to hit the oil rigs.
