Putin threatens Nato with ‘World War 3’

Speaking after he declared victory in Russia’s sham presidential election, Vladimir Putin warned Nato against any move that would risk direct conflict with Russia, saying this would be “one step away from World War 3”.
Asked about the dangers of a wide scale Nato-Russia conflict, Mr Putin said: “Everything is possible in the modern world.”
It is only the latest example of Mr Putin dangling the threat of a larger, or even nuclear, conflict in Europe as he attempts to pressure Ukraine’s Western allies against an escalation of their involvement in his war.

Ukraine was MUCH stringer than European armies, with 1.2 million proxies funded, armed and trained by NATO, and 10 years of building heavy fortifications in cities like Bakmut & Advievka. (UK’s armed forces are just 10% of that, and we could only field maybe what Ukraine is losing EVERY month.) State controlled media are just trying to ‘manufacture consent’ to send our sons and daughters to be slaughtered. Plus, Putin is trying to minimise the casualties of fellow Slavs, while he demilitarises it and kicks out foreign agents. If it was direct war with a NATO country then the strategy would be quite different, with complete annihilation of all infrastructure within the first week.
