This made my day. I literally called the Russian embassy today before they released the list. I called to inquire about it and then later in the afternoon they released the list! Danke Putin! Danke Russia! Danke Russia citizens! Russians very similar to Canadian climate and northern USA so I'll have no problem with the winters lol ❤this is one of the most happiest days of my life. I e been waiting for this for last few years. Me And my best friend talked about moving to Russia bc the gov got so bad in Canada but Russia didn't realize at the time just how bad we had it in the West. Like it's really bad. I can't thank Russia and Putin enough. They literally are the only gov that has common sense left and actually care about the people. I'm so grateful to Putin and the Russian federation for thinking about us westerners that have been oppressed the last 5/6 years if not longer. Worked in Namibia, so a lot of times visited South Africa. Interesting country. Far more developed than anyone imagine. A colleague had a blood vessel explode in his head, in most cases this is death. In Namibia doctors even rejected to accept him and help, said it is too complicated case and help is pointless. So we asked help in SA, they sent helicopter, opened skull, removed blood, through vessels, from inside, installed patch, fixed everything. This is happened in same hospital where first time in history of humanity they made heart transplantation.

The most likely to move back are people with some kind of family connection in the past. The old laws did not cover people one generation seperated from their Russian parents. Хочу высказать свое предположение по-поводу того, что в списки не попадают дружественные страны. Когда развалился СССР, Америка и Европа стала звать наших специалистов в свои страны. Тогда много умных и образованных людей покинуло Россию. Это были врачи, ученые, педагоги… Сейчас Россия делает тоже самое с недружественными странами. Она хочет забрать себе то, что они украли у нас давно - их специалистов, умных и праведных людей, составляющих лучший генофонд страны. Поэтому Россия не делает этого с дружественными странами. Нельзя красть у друзей их хороший генофонд. Надеюсь, что я объяснила верно политику Путина.

Когда Путин в августе подписал этот указ я подумала тоже самое что вы написали. Когда то давно я читала статью про тех специалистов которые уехали из СССР после распада. Только в США уехало столько высококвалифицированных специалистов , что что бы вырастить и выучить такое количество у себя в стране США потребовалось бы минимум одно поколение и более 1 триллиона долларов , не нынешних долларов, а тех старых долларов, в том смысле что покупательная способность сейчас и тогда разная, на нынешние деньги это гораздо больше 1 трл. долларов!!!

В указе нет упоминания о том, что это это для каких-то специалистов. Насколько я поняла, указ для граждан стран с деструктивным неолиберализмом. Т е никаких узких специальностей как было, скажем, при иммиграции наших в Канаду. Лично мне неприятно, что, к примеру, производства из Германии переедут в США (соответственно и рабочие места), а их бездомные безработные сюда. И еще вопрос. Продумали ли наши политики о том СКОЛЬКО иммигрантов Россия может принять и что будет с рабочими местами для россиян. Еще, зная как русские относятся к иностранцам с запада (именно с запада, а не средней Азии), то вообще боюсь даже представить, что будет когда толпы хлынут. Нас завалит. Далеко не все приедут с добрыми намерениями. И уж вряд ли лучший генофонд и праведные граждане. Еще очень удивительно видеть все их ВДРУГ добрые комментарии о том какая Россия хорошая, и президент и люди... Десятилетиями ненавидели нас, всеми силами разрушали, а теперь, когда в их странах наступила ж... па, они все сюда кинулись. Эти все дифирамбы, мне кажется, очень сильно попахивают лицемерием. Достаточно вспомнить недавнее их отношение, в 2022-23, когда началась спецоперация. Как они все хаяли Россию и поддерживали Украину. Это чисто моё мнение, прошу не кидаться тапками. Но вопросы очень актуальны.

According to a Decree, u can apply for a 3-year private Visa in Russian visa center OUT of queue. But u should be prepared with papers needed for further applying for a Temporary Residency permit in Russia (consult the lawyer). Check also where u are going to live and work. Guys it's not anykind of immigration process, it mainly targeted at people with families (numereous ideally) moving from western anti familian behavior, it's not meant to anybody without skill and without a way to survive there, it's also trageted at qualified people that doesn't have necessarily job offers in russia but want to move there. Those countries politician are anti russian but there is people there that doesn't agree on their leaders values. + it turn out that those countries have a lot of europe related countries which have good living standards but for other countries well each has their own specific law, like Moldova have their own process as there is a post soviet agreement for that. Serbia and Bosnia, slovakia & hungaria have good relations so their people have less restrictive visas

Some of this countries are incredible poor actually :D And it this list of countries where they forced people to accept so-called "rainbow values" (no father and mother, but parent number one and number two, couple of same gender and so on), and forced kids too, so if people against that, they can get asylum in Russia by “this reason”. Russia just expanded list of reasons why people can get asylum. All rest world not support this agenda, but until now it never was reason to ask asylum. People moved from this countries itself somewhere (and it is much more complicated).
