Need to prepare:
STEP #1
Prepare your molds by putting a melt butter or cooking oil (plain taste) to the bottom of your molds. To grease it, use tissue or clean small towel.
STEP#2
Recipe for Flan
8 Egg yolks
390g Condense Milk
1 1/2 Tbsp of Evaporated Milk
1 Small calamansi
1 Tsp All purpose flour
1/2 Vanilla extract
STEP #3
Recipe for Puto
2 Cups All purpose flour
1/2 Cup of white sugar
1/2 Tsp of fine salt
2 Tbsp Baking powder
1 Cup of water
3/4 Cup Full cream milk or Evaporated Milk
1 Whole egg
2 Tbsp Melted or cooking oil (plain taste)
1/2 Tsp Vanilla extract
