@@szire7404 Yes you are able to shoot people in apartments with a sniper and thermal (I done it many times lol) but all it does its hit them, spray some blood, and make annoying sounds. (Trust me it's very loud) There is one way to kill someone but its near impossible because they have to be in the elevator of maze tower and you need a marksman MKII with FMJ rounds. The timing is very difficult and has never been pulled off except by two friends glitch hunting in a controlled environment. I thought I would throw in that for a time there was a way to kill people in their orbital cannon room with a job tp and glitching an avenger underground, but sadly it's been patched.
