Putting a Flowmaster on my 4.0 V6 Ford Ranger

I put a Flowmaster Super 10 on my 2005 Ford Ranger with the 4.0 v6. Overall, it's not very loud but sounds nice at idle. I think it sounds more muscle car-ish. If I wanted it to sound deeper and louder I would just dump it from the muffler, but I like the look of having a tip. Maybe I'll change it in the future.
Disclaimer: I'm not a welder. My welds in this suck. But they work.

Turn the heat up on the welder and get the tip a bit closer and you will have much better welds, good job otherwise

I muffle deleted my 4.0 and just put a down pipe angles kinda toward the side off the bottom and it sounds perfectly fine that way.

got a video on how it sounds? interested cause i got the same engine and wondering on what direction to take my exhaust, i like how it sounds normally just want it a bit louder you know

It's louder when you remove all your cats and run just the Flowmaster super 10s. Trust me much better

I bet. I didn’t want it to be too loud though. Just enough to be able to hear it while driving and have a nice low rumble.
