Nice to see that your lives are getting back to somewhat normal. As for buying a new home, look at it as a business opportunity, put together a strategy that will allow you and Rob to move quickly both on the real estate acquisition and the physical transition of your household to its new location. Also you need to define what you want your future home to be like (location and the physical characteristics of the structure). Get together with a trusted friend or relative who is a realtor and he will guide you through this process.

@@CharlaniEveryday I have a dear friend and former co-worker here in Syracuse who has 20 years in the real estate business and a brother-in-law who is also a realtor in another city. so I personally am covered in that respect. Another point is that if you are buying an existing structure, you should have a Certified building inspector involved early in the process. , if building new, do your due diligence on the builder. Trusted Realtors are invaluable in this. I'm glad that I have a couple I'd trust with my LIFE!!!!!
