Good question! you should try to mark different ball position when you practice. sometimes is too far left or too far right. place the ball at different positions and roll some putt, see at which position you feel best.

Some professional golfers do have different techniques that cause confusion to the beginner golfers, just watch Michelle Wee, Lexi Thompson, Jack Niklaus, Bernhard Langer etc. to know what I meant

I have an inability to supinate my hands, There's a fusion of the joint in my elbow that doesn't allow that motion. I CAN face my palms to face each other, but really can't go much further than that. How would I compensate here?
