What do you do when you have one arm?

Not everybody can lift their leg that high with that kind of ease. There has to be a better way or a better product for people with MS. Anybody have any suggestions?

I have left side weakness: no use of left arm. So this des not help me, since he uses both hands.

for people who are not supposed to lift their leg that high, this is not a good solution. Also, that shifting from side to side with a hip replacement might not be good for you either.
