I had a stroke three years ago and have left he mipaaresis. I was never fully taught how to put my shirt and pants on. I figured out my pants on my own and this helped me with my shirt. Thank you!

Warning ⚠️ placing both arms in the shirt can cause you to lose balance when you lean forward and therefore unable to free and arm to recover. You should put the affected arm in then put the T-shirt over your head and then put the other arm through the hole.

When taking the top off it is more helpful to bring the front of the shirt up to your chest then bring the back over your head.

Is there a fast and easy way to put on a winter coat? I don't know what the term is but one arm is a "dead arm" and is "stuck" against her body. Is there a coat you can buy or a contraption to put in the coat to give independence?
