I knew the but end of that thing was going to prevent you from crossing but only because I've done it more than once out in the middle of nowhere by myself. But doggone it that idea of using the trailer as a ramp to 'bridge' the ditch was brilliant! Well done, dudes!

Now you peaked my interest and i believe the little lady said to finish it off with the drum . Brilliant idea !! she is a keeper Lol we use 2 machines both with Cimaf and a different arrangement of teeth this way we get a fine mulch . bring this in for the bulk work and finish it off with the drum Im sold just need the 38k now

This was a great video in that we were able to get into the mind of both the operator and the manufacture to have a product that performs with the many differing conditions that you encounter. It's all about the end result and it's fun to watch how it turns a jungle turn into a usable piece of land that has the beauty of the trees that are left to enjoy. If you don't want the trees move to the city

I am in the market for a Disc mower for a new Kubota 97L after watching this video. Less maintenance and less cost per hour. My Kubota dealer is looking into selling Diamond. He currently sells Blue Diamond and they don’t have as big of a Disc mower. I am in Indiana and our trees are more hard wood. My question is , if you are going to a job to cut 5 acres , which are you loading ? The Drum or the Disc mower ? Both seem to cost about the same. The drum seems like more maintenance and slower. A fine mulch to Me seems less important as it all breaks down. Lower Maintenance and speed are what gets you paid. Which one are you loading if you have both ? Disc or drum ?

I'm always gonna pick a drum first but the disc is very productive and a very reliable platform. But a disc is not meant to be used near buildings, roads, or people. It's more of an ag and forestry tool rather than a land dev tool like a drum is used. Blue Diamond doesn't make anything worth buying.
