This is the best informative but still easy to follow video I’ve found! I can’t thank you enough it’s helped piece the last pieces in my puzzle to help me release what I need to do to finally heal :) I’m 25 yet feel like I’m trapped in a 90 year olds body and been very ill for 2 years, suspected histamine intolerance (which I don’t doubt is part to play as Estrogen drives histamine) and so felt so helpless when I got severely worse after trying quercitin thinking it would help the allergy aspect of high histamine. I searched everywhere for an answer to this knowing it would probably help lead me to my correct diagnosis but all I found were people raving about how it ‘cured’ there histamine intolerance so I felt even more lost. This video also helped fully explain the 3 phases of detox as I was only working on phase 1 and 2 and wondering why I was only getting detox reactions but no relief. So grateful I found this 🙏🏼

Wow! I am impressed! You know your stuff! I want to ask you if you would be my doctor! I have Hashimotos Thyroditis with estrogen dominance. My 29 year old daughter has it to! I’ve been looking for a doctor that understands this disease with the estrogen dominance as the culprit! We have both had this problem for 17 years or better! Our naturopathy never acknowledged the estrogendominance as being a issue. However it has been sticking out like a red flag to me for more than several years! I guess men doctors really just don’t understand at all! Any how I still do not have a doctor who understands and that can actually help us!

Dear Dr. Jones, many thanks for this wonderful lecture! Would you recommend DIM for women who have a little bit low or normal estrogen level, but very low progesterone level? Unfortunately in Hungary, where I live there is no possibility to check different types of estrogen. Do you deliver your test kit to Hungary? Many thanks in advance!

I tried to go back through this and find my answer but couldn’t; which thing is important for thryoid hormones? The conversion. Or what inhibits conversion? There was some mention of thyroid hormones here but I can’t find it.

Are you referring to DIM? Diindolmethane. Downregulates more potent forms of estrogen to more beneficial forms. Comes from cruciferous vegetables but you need to eat a lot of those and that could harm the thyroid so the best thing to do is take a supplement.. And it's not the Di indo methane that harms the thyroid something else in the Brassica vegetables harm the thyroid so if you take a dim supplement you won't have to eat the cruciferous vegetables which can do the damage to the thyroid

At around 33:00 she mentions That very high leptin levels block the conversion of T4 to its active form T3 and then gives helpful hints on how to a reverse leptin resistance. She mentions better breathing and better sleep so met a nose breathing as opposed to mouth breathing
