Stunning job. Great work! The guitar looks really high end - it's awesome to see what is possible. I'm thinking of getting one, but I've already got way too many projects and I'm not sure I've got the time to make it as nice as yours lol. Keep rockin' 🤘🎸

I 3D printed some skull knobs, they came out pretty nice, the skull is 3d and I dry brushed them to make them stand out. I put the high end Wilkinson Tele kit together with a nitro butterscotch finish, I have a maple neck and fretboard and I clear coated the fretboard and a thin nitro finish on the neck to achieve a satin finish. I have assembled the HB Tele kit in Dakota Red Nitro, this also came out good although I ended up upgrading the majority of parts like yourselves. That HB looks awesome, I love the silver satin finish on the body, It sounds quite nice also considering it has budget pickups, BTW you can download the HB kit manuals.

Looks great. The only thing better than building your own guitar is building it with your kid. The toggle is sideways but, to each their own. Did the kit not come with a truss rod cover or are you going to buy a better one. Cheers! 🇨🇦

Thanks for watching! Yes, it’s came with a truss rod cover, but we wanted to adjust it after it had settled down for a few days, so haven’t put it on yet 👍🏻 I wanted the switch this way as it makes more sense to me, up for the neck pick up and down for the bride pick up 😊 We had great fun doing this together ❤️

Hate to be personal but why the black nail varnish, i have noticed a lot of male guitarists now wearing black nail varnish. Could somebody please enlighten me. And sorry if i have caused any offence to anyone its not my intention.
