Putting Zev Tech combat sights on a Zev slide!

are these the .215 combat sights? im looking to get that exact slide and sights for my 19 edc, but may be running irons for a bit before i get an rmr. do the zev sights mess with poa/poi at all? just curious as the stock sights are .165 height and these are quite a bit taller

Did the Zev slide come with a back plate included?

Do these zev sights co witness a red dot on a zev slide. I just purchased a zev slide and want to put this zev combat sights but idk if it’ll co witness

Zev told me lower 1/5 cowitness - so, barely visible at the bottom of the window.
