Putzmeister: KOS25100 - Piston change

How to change a piston of a Putzmeister solid pump KOS25100. The KOS series of Putzmeister is equipped with a double piston pump which easily handles highly-viscous sludge, which contain materials with a high share of coarse grain.

Nice video for carrying out the maintenance. But one step is missing of inspecting the slurry cylinder as many of the times it has been observed that handled slurry sticks to the cylinder like concrete & it can damage the new seal replaced.
