It seems the voice actors for certain characters (Arle, Satan, etc) are different from the other ports besides the Saturn port

Arle's voice actress was different for the PCE CD versions of the first two Puyo's as well, and starting with the SFC version of Tsuu, the voice actress you hear in this game was introduced as the new Arle.
