Just the name really. When I first saw the game I thought it was puzzle bubble not bobble but I prefer the name used in Japan and Europe but yet the games are called bust a move when it came out on PlayStation and consoles.

Dude you are random as hell, Sega has never had anything to do with Puzzle Bobble, other than 2 of them being on the Saturn. Sega can't license something they don't own, Taito would be the ones licensing it out.
