One major difference between a rich person's wedding and a poor to upper-middle-class wedding is that the girl's name comes first in the wedding card and video for the former, and the boy's name comes first in the latter. Nothing is right or wrong, but it's interesting.

@mariya9876 Really? I didn't know you could have two versions of the wedding video. Does that happen to your wedding or someone from your side? It seems like a good idea. Most of the time from my relatives or friend's family side, I saw that the groom family thinks that it's more prideful to have a groom family name first on a wedding card, wedding hall and wedding video. In Chinese family or love marriage, brides family name comes first.

Most ppl dont have good attitude very evident from comments.. some ppl mostly north indian proud that a south indian had a north indian style wedding and saying isnt she an indian, cos they are proud that she did wedding as per rajasthani rituals but forgot that even telugu traditions are indian . But unfortunately ppl dont have a good mindset on this so called " indian" wedding as other north Indians are saying mean things like why south indians copying north indian traditions..or following bollywood since south indians are proud of their culture.. this is the so called " indian" attitude. Biased and support their own culture and put down other indians when they follow others traditions...north indians always feel their weddings and rituals are more fun and glamourous.. which is why we south indians need to showcase and protect beauty dignity of south indian customs and traditions. Only in india one indian makes fun of fello indian from another state on their culture both when we accept and follow their traditions or when we celebrate our culture whic obviously is different from rest of the Indian states..while a north Indian can have a western wedding and still be proud of it but a south indian gets mocked for having a north indian wedding by few north indians and talk bad. south indian culture is put down since we dont defend or rather "market " " make attractive" the beauty of south indian culture ( im referring to all southern states in india when i say south india each having its own beauty and same goes for referring north india to all northern states of India).

You are a bit wrong here. Let me correct you...."Most" people in the comments are congratulating her while only "few" are creating nuisance. South Indian weddings are divine and more connected to their roots while north Indian weddings are glamorous. Both have their own specialty. Let us not judge anyone, congratulate them and then mind our own business. India has 1.4 billion people...even a small percentage of nuisance seems like a lot because of the sheer size. Look at the brighter side and the darkness will automatically vanish. Recently keerthy Suresh got married and none of the north Indians demeaned her wedding. There are already a lot of division so lets not misunderstandings create more. Come out of social media and you will see a much much more united and positive India than you actually think.

I wrote everything in the utmost polite way. I said come out of social media because India has so many people and even if some lakhs of people share a negative opinion it seems a lot but in reality it is such a small percent of our population. I know the comments to whom your comment addressed as I have read those as well. I just said that we should ignore them and not let us believe that majority of people are like that.
