PVB Test Procedure

3:55 Hi my name is Blue of course, our main Backflow tests in NZ mainly consist of RPZ & DCV we seldomly test PVB I have had to resort to your video clip pressure test procedure for me to test & pass or fail these units I have come across a couple of videos on youtube and they basically same procedure I know a lot of countries they differ but I just want to let you know your instructions of following the test procedure is very clear an understandable Kia Ora

Why isn't there a bleed valve arrangement tool on TC# 1?

Years ago our jurisdictional authority omitted the bleed off valve from the PVB, SVB, and DC test procedures. If the shutoff valves are not closing tightly, our JHA requires that they be replaced immediately. Some potions of our cross connection ordinance follow the USC standards to the tee and other portions not so much. Great comment. Thanks for watching.
