Fun fact: The Berlin show isn't the real Blue Man Group, it's not owned or operated my Cirque Du Soulei its just licensed. The actors do swap between companies sometimes though.

Some venues have interactive VIP packages where you can jam on their instruments! (At least they did pre-pandemic… You’ll have to check their website or email them for updates.) Or if you get involved with the online fan groups, there are occasional meet and greets where they have opportunities to play instruments too. In this case, they know my history with the RimbaTubes so we occasionally collaborate now!

Ive seen this a few times and honestly too curious...Were they expecting you to play a different track? Like Rods and Cones is a staple in the set but Looked almost like Mids on Stage Right was expecting like IV? maybe TtS? Bass on Stage left said Hell ya! screw it! And went with it tho XD

Hahaha I love this question. They’re just in character! We planned it so that Center would grab me after the bridge of PVC House so I would finish off the song with them. We rehearsed / played the whole song at soundcheck together, but decided it would be more believable for a “random fan” in the audience just to play the ending section.
