@stanfloptok yes they have. They become unkillable for usually about 6 seconds when they have 1 HP. The game calls it immortally. That's why the new treasure, Great Sage's Gem, works well with Shadow Milk and Burning Spice. Capsacian, Fettuccine and Rockstar also have it.

I’m lowke scared for pvp atp, the fact that the best healers have to be kicked outta the meta simply because the current dps is literally too much for any healer to survive. There’s this doomsday effect now where there always has to be power creep with each new cookie but the sudden jump from burning spice to shadow milk is so much, so now if every new super epic+ is gonna have to be better then shadow milk then we r actually so cooked

Agreed , mystic literally got one shotted in the arena due to the power creep with each new high rarity cookies , i wonder how they will change pure vanilla skill to withstand shadow milk one shot skill, the only option for them to make this game less p2w is to buff least popular cookies or add more skills to high rarity cookies because some literally paid to get them like mystic and then their money got burned just like that due to mystic being one shotted at the beginning of the battle, maybe add more to mystic skill to make her survive longer in the arena or buff her passive when she's dead

@ honestly so true. Their all beasts, so they should all be relative, they can’t keep power creeping each one cause it’s just not gonna work out anymore. It’s even worse that one of the reasons dark cacao was first to awaken was cause he was the weakest ancient, but by his awakening being first to release, he’s going to be completely useless by the next beast, he’s alr kinda falling outta the meta now cause of survivability. They will have to update a bunch of skills and just change how a lot of things work so that pvp arena isn’t just legendary+ only, cause that’s all it now. I remember when you could use things like crème brûlée hyper carries and dominate PvP, but imagining a meta epic only team is completely impossible atp. This is just talking abt the beast idek wanna know what’ll happen when dark enchantress comes then the dragons after that

But in the PvP it seems like mystic flour leveled up loses to a lvl 2 shadow milk !? like that's not accurate lore?!? @ exactly, mystic flour has pretty much fallen off now in PvP, cream ferret as well, and the only reason is because the current dps of units is way too high that pretty much only charges and some attackers can survive, if you notice with current PvP metas it’s pretty much always burning spice and shadow milk left and alive, the others getting shredded like butter. GOLDEN CHEESE included who just got awakened on the last beat update. Look how bad things are that now, we are just using units for the sake of filling spots cause only a small amount are actually gonna do anything in PvP

I think they should not make the new cookies so cracked compared to the older ones but similar in power/utility. Also change the limit from 4 to 2. The Epic only arena made me realize how big of a buff beastcuits were for candy diver, with being able to get 24% more amplify buff. I think they should be bumped up a bit because they can have a 50/50 shot on strong skill, Are safeguard, which is very valuable with their debuffs and buffs And they provide atk buffs, weakness debuffs, and continuous healing

I quit the game for a few months because I couldn't do arena without Mystic + Dark Cacao, and come back to this lol. Luckily I've been getting some of the newer additions (mystic, dark cacao awakened, golden cheese awakened and wind archer). All I need of the newer more powerful cookies are Burning Spice + Shadow Milk. I only originally came back to the game so I could grab Shadow Milk bcs he's been my favourite character :>, but I might stay because it's sorta fun. I'm only a few soulstones away from Shadow Milk so eee (I also have less than 100 pulls left until guaranteed). If I don't get him from the gacha, I'll end up getting him from Beast Raid bcs of the free soulstones.

honestly, i think the tier format you use is sorta busted. the fact that S tier (usually most high and OP, coveted) has cookies that are “viable maybe” feels wrong. i think letters for the D and C don’t work, and instead should be something like “Do NOT use/invest” or something, and the movements should be more precise, like SS is meta cookies and S are really good, A is decent, B is mid, and what I said for C, and D. Just my preference though.

absolutely irrelevant. the letters are only there for representation. at the end of the day, you will still only look at the top then downwards for team building. even if the tiers are listed as 1-7 it wouldn't change a thing.

Wind Archer before Shadow is basically unstoppable, Dark Cacao and Golden Cheese are basically essential to any Arena team, even the Specials get this treatment because I have not seen a single Arena comp with at least one Special and more. This doesn't apply to Beasts, in fact I would argue that Beasts are the least of the problems but overall, it just makes Arena bad with the huge amount of grinding you have to do. And somehow there's still no variety not because of no Epics but because the other Cookies that deserve to be in the Meta aren't such as Pitaya for me

Never see the day that Mystic Flour Cookie "THE BEAST OF APATHY" the one who caused the Bubonic Plague for Cookie kind, The one who can Thanos Snap everyone fell off the Meta 😮😭 I mean It would make sense since she's entirely made of flour which breaks/explodes easily If they added a new skill of Mystic Flour where she is invincible to any attack every time she activates her skill, as she wraps herself in the cocoon turning the damage of enemies she receives as healing, but if she already has max HP her healing will turn to a shield that is immune to any debuff at the duration of her skill. If she dies before casting her skill (as long as you have the feather 🪶) she can use her skill 2 times For example: She dies immediately but she uses the feather 🪶 she casts her skill right after her skill ends she will cast it again. This only happens if she dies immediately. Did I Overdid her skill? 😅

I love the invincible idea, but the double skill casting should change to increase her passive capability, if she died her lantern of apathy got enhanced, they need to add something to her enhanced lantern of apathy like applied shield every 5 seconds for her entire allies like 10% of their max hp also give periodic healing to her allies, this way when she died, her passive will worth/act the same as safeguarded cookies, they need to make mystic worth the trade with safeguarded cookies since her healing got decreased alot if there's a safeguarded cookies in the team, by enhancing her passive when she died by *a lot* , she is worth the replacement with safeguarded cookies

Nerfing a character from a gacha is not an option the developers should take. People pulled for the characters AS THEY WERE ADVERTISED and nerfing them would be unfair to the players. Some even used real money for those units.

she's still amazing, but in arena she will be instakillled by Shadow Milk. If he ever falls out of meta or is stopped somehow she could come back, but even at the end of the last season she was still not used over snapdragon/yeti cause shes kinda squishy.

She's still extremely powerful in pve modes, even in pvp She's still viable if you don't have the meta cookies

i still don't have shadow cookie so should i just keep running my meta team from last season? Would a team with a safeguard cookie (snapdragon) be recommended against shadow milk comps meanwhile i use the past meta team (mystoc flour) otherwise?

Mystic was already hard to keep alive when all those nukes (e.g. bspice, archer, gca) were released. Now with shadow milk she can basically no longer do anything in the meta. Also explains why safeguards are coming back bcs they can't die

Back then when mystic was first released, there were no overpower cookies to one shot her so she can survive longer in the arena, plus when she's dead she can still heal her allies and we can see how powerful her healing is when she's dead because cookies deal less damage back then, with the released of new cookies like burning spice, wind archer, shadow milk, her healing when she's dead seems insignificant because their damage is crazy, her shield is useful only if she survived longer in the arena but she got one shotted so quickly, don't forget that she grants damage resist buff to her allies too but with the damage resist bypass and crazy damage from new cookies, her damage resist buff seems useless, that's why devsis should buff every high rarity cookies when they released a new high rarity cookies to make them all balanced, but idk why they are so rushed to release the new cookies, their main goal is to make new high rarity cookies meta so they specifically make new cookies to counter old cookies and eventually make the old cookies not reliable in the game, for example mystic flour, now she has 5 counter cookies which is awakened dc and gc, burning spice, shadow milk and wind archer, they will add more in the future and make mystic flour fall to the lowest tier
