And so true about the maturity thing with Red Dead community. I think the game just naturally attracts a more laid back audience. The faster paced chaos of GTA online lends itself to younger audiences. Im also in my thirties and RDO has always been one of the relaxed go to games. Coz we have our fair share of toxicity and griefers and all sorts but its in so much more manageable amounts than most games. Since everything is a lot slower paced i remember even back during RDR2 story seeing people complaining about how long it took to skin animals and stuff meanwhile most people we aren't bothered coz we arent really going into Red Dead Online for some sort of fast paced competitive experience the way one would approach like a Call of duty or something instead.

Very true. The vast majority of the time meeting players in RDO, they’re chill and friendly. Very rare to find griefers, even though griefers are always shown on KZbin.

Yeah it takes a certain sort of player to really love RDR Online. That "whole lotta nothing" is what I enjoy about it. I like that it takes a little while to get anywhere and there's nothing but wilderness most of the map. The game does a good job of making you feel alone on the frontier. To the point its rare and suspicious to see another person. You are always "Who dis... why are they over here... this is my square mile. Watch this guy." 😂 I like that getting killed by another player is more personal than most games cus its so rare and near impossible to do by accident. GTA, you just randomly explode and thats how it is. 😂 I just wish there was more to do. All that stuff you can make at the trapper in the story game isn't in the online game. We can't own a carriage or boat. Or even a donkey. It wouldn't take much to add a few cosmetic items every update. Or some new role mechanics. Can't put 3 devs on it for a weekend? Its sad.

@@gwoody4003 Well said 🙏🏿💯 and yeah I wouldn't have it any other way. This game remains the most immersive open world we've ever seen in gaming. Just a shame it got neglected, coz like you mentioned with the examples of things from story mode that could have been ported into online even on a basic level to give this game so much but Rockstar had other ideas. Coz it's something I've even mentioned in Hazard's comments and PVP Cat's comments that if I was in charge of this stuff at Rockstar I'd have simply even just outsourced the maintenance of the game and that way Rockstar could've still milked GTA Online as much as they wanted, kept developing GTA 6 but also kept all the other franchises alive be it finishing Bully 2, bringing back Midnight Club, continuing LA Noire and simply drip feeding minor content into RDO. But yeah unfortunately ever since 2021 they just left it all on the table.

In solo lobby pc the bodies doesn't dissappear as in plublic lobby pc where only 50% lootable corpse remain. The chance to loot treasure maps is so much higher in solo lobbies.

I am watching and re-watching these videos Cat, I love this idea to restart from the bginning, it has inspired me after 3600+ hours on one character to start my first “second” character. Favourite game, favourite content, keep up the good work Capitale Killer lol

5 animals stowed on the horse. I put one big animal and two medium on the side. Remove them, drop them on the ground and attach them on the horse again.

Just lead your horse for a while and it will increase the bonding level much faster. I bought a new horse in Vakentine, rode it to the burned town, then walked it to the fishing shack where you get the legendary fish mission and it made it to level four.

I made to wave 3 my first try with only the guns they had no bow yet. I can get to wave 5 now at lvl 30. Never bought the rolling bolt gun yet.

As toxic community i play Division2 and that one is a game where i receive messages from pvp players where they wish my family to die from bad diseases very often, then i receive daily messages with hate violence and so on like they are gonna find me in real life. I am so glad i switched to RDO because none send me messages or invite me to party to insult me…

Mint can be located right behind Shady Bell and all along the southern coast starting at Braithwate. Edit: From where you are currently located, that would be the best spot to fill up. You can also top off at Emerald, and around the Beaver dam south of Butchers Creek. These are all places where you can max inventory - especially if you have the multiplier.

Same for console. I’ve noticed a lot more low lvl lobbies compared to there be a lot of super high lvl players in the lobby. Some times have the lobby would be filled with them.
