The online gaming trend did damage to the Franchise. RDR Online wasn't supposed to become a GTA Online with horses with ridiculous hats and stuff. RDR audience is older and DLC/additional story oriented. RDR Online should have been a coop-solo additional stories concept. And their older audience was ready to pay a good chunk of money to have these. Instead, RockStar decided to go for the GTA crowd with the usual PVP/Ridiculous Outfits/Races etc. Because GTA Online was a massive financial success. But RDR audience *never was* the GTA crowd. I would have paid a lot of money for good coop-solo additional content. This was one of the very few Rockstar misjudgement. GTA Online financial returns blinded them completely.

I just got my platinum trophy for read dead 2 id never played the online until a week ago tbh not a massive fan but i understand i came major Late to the party, reaching rank 50 was a breeze thanks to the collector, all the best to the rest of you grinding out the platinum for this game, im done with this game now....for a while,its deffo been emotional 😂😂

Weird. Everytime I play Red Dead online on PS5, the lobby is pretty full. So I guess u are wrong. Its really not bad. The monthly events can be good as I loved the Hallows Eve Call to Arms, ranked up a lot, and didn't want it to end. I wish u could buy a house in Saint Denis, and I hate how it will turn u around the opposite way when u r trying to turn when in a shootout(which I don't understand why nobody ever mentions this). But aside from that, the online is awesome.

Got a question, for months I been playing RDO without PS+, I been grinding the game and spent so much time on it, today I tried hopping on and the PS+ subscription screen popped up, I thought it was a glitch, I restarted my game, but still it brought me to the same screen. What's happening?
