PvZ 2 Discovery - Differences Between Plants & Zombies in PVZ 1 vs PVZ 2

I think it did, or at least in the PC version of the game, or some version of the PC version, because i have memories playing PVZ1 on my old computer like back in 2009 or 2010 and i specifically remember the squash turning back and attacking the zombies that may have passed it or were behind the squash when you planted it.

it can, he just placed it too far behind. the backwards range on the pvz1 squash isn’t as great but it can still take them out

Although Gargs on pvz2 has more offense capabilities, none of them are actually difficult nor fun to play against since many plants dooes easily kills em off, whereas gargs on pvz1 is extremely tough to beat especially the giga Gargantuar and on Survival Endless since there's not many options for strong plants. This is true for the Cobless setups

Also pvz 1 doom shroom is more like a nuke than pvz 2. Doom shroom in pvz 1 destroy plants. When it explodes everything turns to purple. Leaves a crater. In pvz 2 doom shroom it just explodes and thats it.
