Greysubzero you revenant farm the skill damage inheritable either white or gold on gloves (light armor) for forge in blacksmith again forge light armor gloves only such as irregular

I saw your reddit post for this video and I’m definitely planning on using the odachi again with the way this build sounds. It was my main weapon in nioh 1 and I couldn’t find a way to work well with it in 2 so I switched to switchglaive and axe. I’m glad to see that such an op build exists and can’t wait to put in the work to achieve this greatness.

Agree on Warrior of the East. Its by miles the absolutely best starter and mid game armor in game. With my 2nd character I went switch blade. I went warrior of the east set and pumped body, magica and you need quite alot of stamina. I used lvl 65-70 warrior of the east set until 3rd act in NG+. And it was easy. Completely agree with you, obsidian set is lazy player and its actually not a great set but easy to build into odachi and axe without any thoughts involved. Warrior of the east life on skill is very strong coupled with life on amrita gain with extraction talisman. Makes you really tanky normal mid game until NG+ Mid game. But again, Forget Moon lit snow until very late but focus on using heaven and sunset breeze combos. You realize how powerful the odachi is in medium and low stance, you attack as fast as katanas with the move speed of dual blades and katana, and able to weave in attacks that instantly become strong high stance combo finishers or low stance combo finishers. Once I moved away from moon lit snow, the Odachi opened up its true power in my opinion.

Yeah I mostly used heart based mid armor dual wield to get through to region 3... as odachi felt way to slow and clunky. Then farm the 'a formal match' mission to level into the hundreds and respec'd for odachi. Also farming the ice guy in the second encounter drops swirling snow... which was WAY more damage and less stamina for odachi.

@@JustSirDanN To drop it, You would goto a spot at the beginning of a mission and die there while wearing the item you wanted to give away. Tell a friend where u died and he can go there and fight your revenant and get that item off the revenant. These items only keep their original stats

nothing at all actually lol its such a bad set in this game. the dmg bonus is pathetic. and dmg reduction wise it's worse than the sets in this build. has elemental dmg which sure but how many enemies actually have scary ele dmg? like none. till we get date/sanada levels of elemental it'll be a bad set imo

Serious Serious Suggestion PWAR. Spend more time leaving items and abilities shown in your shots instead of speedily dancing around from screen to screen. I can't analyze the items and decisions you've chosen in screen easily at all when it only shows for 1 second. This would help soooo much.

Honestly it's hardly worth building for Moonlit Snow anymore imo, they nerfed the skill in that you no longer have armor while attacking (at least the first 2 hits anyway) so you'll just get interrupted and have your shit pushed in before you can finish.

Hello Mr. PWARGaming. I've been trying to replicate this build today and was just wondering if you considered dropping the 3-piece Bold and the Boorish and using something else in a couple different slots. I've noticed there are a lot of interesting bonuses on non-set helmets. Of course I know you're stacking mid-attack damage and the 10% from B&B is a decent chunk.

replaces carnage. should eek a couple more thousand dmg but i can't test since i ripped the build apart for this build (dumpstered the sword to soul match the odachi). carnage is some 20% dmg boost while yamanba is...35+? haven't tested actual % but its definitely more than rage which is 28%

I would just go 5pc moonprayer + cool helmet like water buffalo or wild boar or snake coil helm for poison dmg. use any axe for rage buff. use that till you can get yasakani for the actual build.
