@Paul Bolin you are basically my hero. I have an external exam in 2 weeks and signed up to a crash course day by the royal college only to have them cancel it last minute! I was in despair until i found your videos. From the bottom of my heart God bless you! I I hope one day I can make the difference in someone else's life like you have for me!

I have strabismus and I am so self conscious about people looking at me directly. This has affected my life in a big way. I feel like everyone I speak to is looking at my eye and I am very self conscious meeting new people because of my strabismus. 😔😭

I really appreciate you 😀 going to my eye doctor Monday to see if I do have strabismus. I had congenital cataracts and I’m nearsighted. My primary care doctor noticed my right eye was turned outward.

Your videos are awesome Dr. Bolin! Around 22:50 do you mean to say/write presbyopia instead of presbyacusis?

Daniel James presbycusis mean hearing loss in old age, which is of no concern here... So he must have been confused it with presbyopia.

I am from Oregon, and my state covered insurance covers strabismus. I don't know where you are from, but just thought I would say. Your country state may cover it because strabismus is a preventative surgery to prevent eye sight loss. My state covers some preventative surgeries.

+Jake Hoffy Mine doesn't. I'm from Slovakia and here it's considered a cosmetic procedure, so it costs around 1000€. I had one when I was a kid, but it, sadly, didn't work.
