Dr. Bolin, can one differentiate between vaginal discharge coming from Gonorrhea or Chlamydia and Bacterial vaginosis or trichomonas vaginalis only by physical exam (speculum) ? Since after watching your previous video regarding BV and T. Vaginalis, the discharge look similar to Neisseria and Chlamydia and there's even cervicitis.

‘Not everyone gets sex education because of their Parents’⁉️ You got to be kidding. Where did they get their education from? Why would any parent deny education and knowledge to their children? I so despair….

Yes. Parents can keep their kids out of sex ed. Which I find particularly concerning because (1) it makes kids think their bodies/reproductive organs are shameful, and (2) it makes them less likely to recognize when they are being sexually harassed or assaulted. This in addition to depriving them of how to have safe sex, if they find themselves in that situation. Teenagers will be teenagers. Fortunately we have the internet, where kids can find information regardless of their parents' wishes. I've thought about making sex ed videos specifically for teens, and that may be a project in the future.
