I also really like... but something to consider is the when the fan dude hits it, the ball becomes out of frames for a few seconds; so maybe that's where they also grade it as well....... however its very well done visually EDIT: looking back it wasn’t out of frame but the ball was definitely lacking behind and rush all the action at the end…. If the ball was on the umbrella just a second left it probably would had made it better…. And as others said (I didn’t know this was a Rube Goldberg contraption) this isn’t really a Rube Goldberg… very cool still though

Clint thank you so much. I abandoned 3d art in college for reasons. When you left corridor it saddened me man, I followed your journey with only the thought of supporting you at first. After the first two challenge montages something sparked in me that forced me to download blender again. After finishing the donut (finally!) I dove straight in. I never expected to match anyones skill or experience. But I challenged myself to see it through and I just barely managed to make the deadline. Now I'm looking starting to build a demo reel to try and do this professionally down the line. Thank you for taking that leap and inspiring me!

Maybe I'm showing my age here a little bit, but the pinball sound from the 12:37 pinball machine is actually the startup sound from the pre-included Pinball game that used to be on Windows called Space Cadet. From Windows 95 to Windows XP, but removed from Vista (11 years!) a nostalgic game and sound for most. A very nice little Easter egg incase you guys didn't catch it. Shoutout to all the participants! These were all so amazing to see, Eye Candy indeed!

Just watched this for a second time, amazed at so much talent. Gotta admit, a lot of the ones from the opening montage were pretty spectacular as well. I know it must have been extremely difficult to pick only a top 100. Hope to see all of them in one long video someday. Great job all.

I love how the ones with the figures, like the Japanese one with the fans and umbrella, and the one with the guy in the chair in utopia, seem to feel like stop motion models. which i think looks amazing. I've been obsessed with the look since the Lego movie and the amazing youtube short *Captain Yajima* that looks like a 60s stop motion but was done in blender! if you haven't seen Captain Yajima yet and you love 3d renders, its defo for you. I love when 3d imitates other art forms

I need the four hours compilation as a screensaver on my phone. I also wanted to commend both you, I've come to 'know' you guys as crazy talented people through the Corridor lens (emphasis on the talent.. and the crazy). But here I get to see a modest and professional side of you, that makes it clear why you do, what you do. It compliments your 'wilder personas'. You guys make me want to do this. Maybe I'll show up in the next challenge (probably not the top 100, though).

I always wondered about that weird word 'wreak'. Miriam webster's online dictionary says: 'Wreak' vs. 'Wreck' The verb wreak usually means “bring about, cause” (although it can also mean “to avenge” and “to give free play or course to malevolent feeling”), and this word, rather than wreck, is the one that is most often paired with havoc. There is often confusion about this, and it is not uncommon to find wreck havoc in edited prose, but most usage guides strongly advise to stick with wreak havoc when you wish to say that something causes great damage. In the past tense, oddly enough, we generally say wrought havoc, even though wrought is actually a past tense not of wreak but of work.
